Rights and complaints

According to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Data Protection Act, you have a number of rights related to our processing of personal data about you. Right to insight

You have the right to ask us for insight into the personal data that we process about you, including with certain exceptions to receive a copy of the personal data as well as a number of additional information.

Right to rectification

You have the right to ask us to have incorrect personal information about you corrected and updated.

Right to delete

In special cases, you have the right to have personal information about you deleted before the time of our general deletion of your personal information would otherwise occur.

Right to limitation of treatment

In certain cases, you have the right to have the processing of your personal data restricted for one or more purposes. If you have the right to have the processing restricted to one or more purposes, we may in future only process the personal data in question – apart from its storage – with your consent, in order for legal claims to be established, asserted or defended, or to protect a person.

Right to object

We collect information about the users of and their visits to our websites in three ways:

Cookies

Newsletters and direct marketing

When you give us consent to send you marketing by e-mail or SMS, we use personal information about you for the purpose of direct marketing in order to send you newsletters, etc.

Purpose of processing your personal data

The purpose of processing your personal data is to send marketing from us, including improving our communication and targeting marketing to the recipient.

Processing of personal data for broadcast marketing

In connection with our obtaining your consent for us to send you e-mails and notices with marketing, we collect your contact information. We process this information in accordance with the nature of the General Data Protection Regulation. 6 paragraph 1 (b).
Submission of your personal information and consent to marketing is voluntary. You have the right to revoke your marketing consent at any time by contacting us at kontakt@clevernps.dk or unsubscribing from future newsletters in the inserted function at the bottom of the newsletter.

Processing of personal data to target the marketing

When we send marketing to you by e-mail, we collect information about whether the e-mail is opened and whether links are clicked in e-mails. We use this information to target the marketing and compilation of statistics. We process this information in accordance with the nature of the General Data Protection Regulation. 6 paragraph 1 (f) – balancing of interests.

Storage and deletion of your personal information

If you withdraw your consent to marketing, we will no longer use your personal information to send you electronic marketing.
We store identification information and documentation of your consent and withdrawal for up to 3 years after we last sent you marketing. If we have not sent marketing to you prior to the withdrawal of your consent, we will delete that information. If a complaint or dispute arises regarding consent, mailings or our processing of your personal information, we will store the information until the dispute is finally settled.
If you notify us that you do not wish to be called or to receive marketing via physical letter from us, we will store your phone number and / or address so that we can comply with your request.

Who we can share your personal information with

Your personal information will be processed by our data processors, including any marketing agencies and IT and hosting partners located within the EU / EEA. These data processors only process your personal information in agreement with and instructions from us.
